Yeah, but if the woman explicitly says that the advances are unwanted and they continue and/or it begins to affect the work environment, then it's sexual harassment. So, next time some guy asks you for a date (or illicit sex as the case may be), just loudly announce: "Your invitations for illicit sex are unwanted." (That won't be awkward or inappropriate at all) ;)
