So I had a really wonderful weekend. It started off kind of iffy because grades were being posted online at 4pm. And then at 4pm, 450 crazy law school students attempted to access their grades and crashed the server. So around 5:15, I checked my grades. Trying to prepare myself for the worst and be ok with it. But let's be honest, had my grades been bad, I wouldn't have been OK with it. Luckily, my grades were pretty darn good. I know this is really boasty, but I'm really happy that I did well my first semester. I don't think that now I am just going to coast through law school because I did alright one semester, but I am enjoying doing well. Hopefully, I can keep it up, or even improve... We shall see!
Saturday, I spent most of the day writing an appellate brief - not the most exciting thing in the world. But, I love the feeling when I've finished working on something (even though this was just the first draft) and I feel like I've really done something. It just feels good. Then I volunteered at the MTC. I figure I might as well take advantage while I'm in Provo. I miss the mission soooooo much.
Sunday was full of church, home and visiting teaching and playing card games. Then I got a call from another hermana from my mission and she invited me to eat with her and some other mission people. It was so much fun! I love listening to mission stories and telling them as well. I miss the people so much and I am so excited to be going back there in May!
Just wanted to say that I am very blessed and grateful for the people in my life and the love that God shows me through the little things.

I'm going back to my mission in May too!!! It took me 2-3x as long but I guess that it costs 2-3x as much. Even as it is, I'm sleeping in a couple of airports. But, I'm doing it none the less. How exciting for you too! (Congratulations on a job well done. Keep up the good work.)
