So a famous chicken case: Frigaliment Importing Co. v. BNS International Sales Corp (1960)
The seller has larger stewing chicken (cheaper) and the buyer expects younger, more tender chicken (more expensive).
The seller delivers the larger stewing chicken and the buyer protests. He claims that the stewing chicken delivered didn't conform to the description "chicken" in the contract.
I see the word "chicken," don't you? What more of the description is there? (the seller won)
Gotta love the law!
