Fat Tuesday

One of my favorite things about living in Chicago is the Polish food. Growing up in Detroit, paczkis are these crazy donuts that you eat on Fat Tuesday (Feb 9 this year) and Chicago has some amazing bakeries to test out their selection of paczkis!
